- How long will it take to receive my order.
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please remember all of our orders are custom made.
Normal processing/shipping time is 3-7 business days. Processing time for large orders may take 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.
Please note: DTTK is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by the delivery company.
If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
- How is sizing?
All t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger for WOMEN. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.
ALL bodies and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed. Please refer to the size chart for each item for reference.
3.Return/Exchange Policy
We hope you love your DTTK items just as much as we do!!!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
To exchange, customers must contact our sales team at info@devotedtothekingdom.com for exchange instructions.
Please DO NOT attempt to exchange any items without contacting the sales team first.
Items must be in saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.)
Original shipping costs will not be refunded and customers are responsible for all exchange shipping charges (outgoing & incoming).
If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
Once items are received please allow 10-14 days for processing.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
