Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please remember all of our orders are custom made.

Normal processing/shipping time is 3-7 business days. Processing time for large orders may take 3-7 business days for processing and shipping.

Please note: DTTK is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by the delivery company.
